Let's Do It Together!

Step 1: Create a New Project

  1. Open the ChatGPT right menu and select ChatGPT5 project.

  2. Choose a name for your project; for example, test.

  3. You can also select a preset name and an icon if desired.

  4. Click on Create to finalize your project.

Your project is now created and ready for file uploads.

Step 2: Add Files to Your Project

  1. Add files to provide context to your project.

  2. Upload documents (e.g., Word or PDF files) to your project.

  3. Wait for the file to load completely; you'll see a sign indicating its status.

The files will now be part of your project context.

  1. Provide custom instructions for the project.

  2. For example, state: You are a CMO of University 365...

  3. Ensure your instructions are relevant to the context file.

  4. Click Save to apply the instructions.

Step 4: Start a Conversation with ChatGPT

  1. Initiate a new conversation with ChatGPT.

  2. Ask for suggestions using the uploaded documents and instructions.

  3. For example, request a name for a new service.

ChatGPT will provide responses based on your context and instructions.
